$89M BJA FY 21 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program - This program is the primary provider of federal criminal justice funding to states and units of local government. BJA will award JAG Program funds to eligible units of local government as described in this FY 2021 JAG Program Local Solicitation.

$1.7M FY2023 Margaret A. Davidson Graduate Fellowships for the National Estuarine Research Reserve System - The purpose of this notice is to solicit grant proposals for the National Estuarine Research Reserve System’s Margaret A. Davidson Graduate Fellowship from master’s and doctoral students admitted to or enrolled full-time in a graduate program at an accredited university.

$550K Montenegro Civic Education Project - The United States works closely with Montenegro to strengthen law enforcement capabilities, particularly to counter transnational crime, and to speed rule of law reforms, which are key to Montenegro’s EU accession.

$5M Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction: Academic Research Initiative (ARI) - The ARI Program has two primary objectives: 1) Engage the academic community to advance fundamental knowledge for CBRN sciences applicable to Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction with emphasis on fundamental research to solve long-term, high-risk challenges; and 2) Develop human capital for the CBRN science and engineering professions.

$180M Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE): Education Innovation and Research (EIR) Program: Expansion-Phase Grants Assistance - The EIR program provides funding to create, develop, implement, replicate, or take to scale entrepreneurial, evidence-based, field-initiated innovations to improve student achievement and attainment for high-need students; and rigorously evaluate such innovations.

$600K FY22 Bluefin Tuna Research Program - The objective of the program is to provide a basis for advancing science-based fisheries management for Atlantic bluefin tuna. Such advancement will depend upon improvements in understanding of the fisheries and biology of bluefin tuna.

$25M Opportunities to Learn (OTL) Activity - The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Nigeria is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN (OTL) ACTIVITY in Nigeria.

$2.2M Great Ape Conservation Fund - Africa - The International Affairs Program delivers on this mission through its financial assistance programs by supporting strategic projects that deliver measurable conservation results for priority species and their habitats around the world.

$1.5M OVC FY 2021 Invited to Apply - Specialized Training and Technical Assistance on Housing for Victims of Human Trafficking - OVC’s mission is to enhance the Nation’s capacity to assist crime victims and provide leadership in changing policies and practices to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime.

$490K Facilitating a multi-organizational approach to formalizing artisanal and small-scale gold mining - The Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs’ Office of Environmental Quality at the U.S. Department of State announces this Notice of Funding Opportunity for “Facilitating a multi-organizational approach to formalizing artisanal and small-scale gold mining.”

$990K Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Stromal Reprogramming Consortium Coordinating and Data Management Center (PSRC CDMC) - The purpose of this Notice is to announce the NCI's intention to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) that invites applications for a PSRC Coordinating and Data Management Center (CDMC) that will support research projects and activities to enhance and facilitate the mission of PSRC as a whole.

$750K Cancer Target Discovery and Development (CTD2) - The National Cancer Institute plans to publish a FOA as a PAR for the "Cancer Target Discovery and Development (CTD2)” Initiative (U01). CTD2 will promote efforts to radically improve our understanding of the underlying etiology of cancer initiation, progression, and metastasis and to exploit this knowledge in clinically relevant context which includes intra-tumor heterogeneity, tumor microenvironment and other factors that result in "innate" or acquired treatment resistance.
